The new-estate frontier

From heritage streets to streets still being named

Macarthur is two worlds in one corridor: established town centres where a third or more of homes are units, and brand-new estates that are almost entirely fresh houses. The mix changes how a move is planned — and it is the single best map of where you are. Share of homes that are units vs houses, from G-NAF address data:

Tell us your situation — first home, house to house, apartment to house, or a fresh builder handover — and we will generate a tailored move checklist for the frontier: handover-date planning, the new-street nav problem, bare-yard protection and the lot. Print it or save it as a PDF for the fridge.

How it works

A move that is planned, not improvised

Four steps from first enquiry to settled in your new place.

  1. Send the details

Where from, where to, your handover or move date, and the size of the move. We come back with an honest, no-obligation quote.

  2. We map the access

New street not on the map? Bare yard, soft kerb, construction next door? We confirm the exact address and plan the parking and carry before move day.

  3. Moving day

A careful crew wraps, loads and transports your home, protecting new floors, fresh paint and frames the whole way.

  4. Settled in

We place everything where it belongs, reassemble what we took apart, and clear the empty cartons so your new place is liveable fast.

Why choose us

Local knowledge, careful hands, honest quotes

We know the frontier

From the newest Spring Farm and Oran Park releases to the heritage streets of Camden and the walk-ups of Campbelltown, we plan each move for the real ground: a soft new kerb and a bare yard, or a tight heritage kerb and a longer carry.

A genuinely careful crew

New builds are unforgiving of a careless move. We protect fresh floors and paint, keep the carry off bare turf, and treat a first home like it matters, because it does.

Insured, every move

Your belongings are covered while we are carrying them. Wrapping and protecting your furniture and your home is part of the job, not an extra.

Transparent quotes

A clear quote based on your actual move and access. What you are told up front is what you pay, with no day-of surprises.

Common questions

Good to know before you move

My estate street is brand new — can you still find it?

Yes. New estate streets in Oran Park, Spring Farm, Gregory Hills and Gledswood Hills often lag on older sat-nav and delivery databases. We confirm the exact address (a pin or lot number is perfect) and the best approach with you before the day, so we arrive at the right door on time.

My builder handover date keeps moving — how do you handle that?

It is the most common new-build issue and we plan for it. We hold your preferred slot, keep a backup date, and if the keys are not ready when your lease ends we can move your things into secure storage and deliver the day the new place is finally ready.

Which council am I in — Camden or Campbelltown?

Most of the corridor is Camden Council; Campbelltown itself is Campbelltown City; and Mount Annan and Gregory Hills straddle the line. For a household move the practical parking rules are the same either way, and neither council sells a casual one-day move permit — so it rarely changes the move, but we will confirm your side if you need it.

Do I need a parking permit to move here?

No. NSW councils, including Camden and Campbelltown, do not sell a casual one-day household-move parking permit. We use legal kerb parking and sensible timing, which on a quiet new-estate street is usually straightforward.

Are my belongings insured during the move?

Yes. Your belongings are covered while we are moving them, and we wrap and protect furniture and your home as standard. Ask us about the cover when you request your quote.
